How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Are Julep products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your beauty haul is on its way, we will send an email with a direct link to your tracking information so you can follow it to your door.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Julep to more countries in the near future.
