  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your beauty products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
